Recently renovated and clean place to stay in, it has efficient staff on reception desk. They serve varied and excellent breakfasts for all tastes with coffee. The airport is 10 km away, easy to reach.

The staff was amicable and exceptionally nice. the room was new-fashioned and well decorated, with a marble bathroom. - the service was friendly, just like I expected. - the facilities were really good too.

I liked brand-new rooms with comfortable beds. The location was good and perfect, a super close walk to Amberes Street. It was good to have alcoholic drinks in the cigar bar.

Old-style hotel in a safe area near Close to metro as well as a central subway station. Affable staff on reception desk, and silent room with an iron and the heater and nice view. Complimentary and very very good breakfast with good choice of choices.

The pool was warm and enjoyable, surrounded by a beautiful area. The room, once we were moved, was clean with a great view and comfortable bed. The gym was decent and the rooftop area was pleasant. The staff were helpful and held onto a forgotten item. The rooftop bar was excellent, despite some dated aspects.

The staff was excellent. Luis, the concierge, in particular was very helpful. They had English-speaking staff on hand to assist whenever needed. Room service/housekeeping was quick and efficient. The location is superb! I loved the free breakfast and free wi-fi.

There was no air conditioning. The bed was a little too hard/firm.
